JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for an Experienced Project Manager with 4–6 years of relevant experience who feels comfortable taking ownership of projects from A to Z. You report to our Head of Projects and work closely with a team of Project Managers & Architectural Drafters. You lead by example and bring confidence, structure and calmness to the mix. As an Experienced Project Manager at PRJCT WRKS, you don’t just execute, you think ahead. You understand the dynamics between brand, design, budget and reality. You know when to push and when to adapt. You are a sparring partner within the team and a steady presence in complex situations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Lead retail & leisure interior projects from concept to completion Act as the client’s representative throughout the entire process Manage clients, contractors, consultants and suppliers directly Guard scope, time, quality and cost Identify risks before they become problems Keep projects structured, realistic and on track Travel when projects require it (up to 20% at peak times)

ABOUT YOU 4–6 years of relevant project management experience (Retail / hospitality / construction is a strong plus) You have experienced projects under pressure, and know how to handle it You are structured but pragmatic You communicate clearly and directly You take ownership instead of waiting for instructions You are comfortable working independently A relevant educational background (construction, interior, architecture, real estate or project management) is a bonus, not a must Knowledge of Dutch regulations and permits is an advantage Fluent in English. Dutch is a strong plus. Other languages are always welcome!
