As one of our B2B Marketing Specialists you are responsible to initiate, develop, execute and optimise marketing initiatives that contribute to our acquisition and customer activation/ retention targets and help small to midsize companies to go further, faster with our award winning business travel platform.
Please note: This is an initial 12 month contract.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Initiate, scope and execute marketing campaigns and deliverables that contribute to customer acquisition, activation and retention targets
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, external agencies and partners to optimize the customer journey and develop workflows for onboarding, engagement, retention, and churn prevention sequences.
- Build and support implementation of foundations, such as automations and frameworks, to drive scale and impact
- Continuously optimise through experimentation and documenting results and learnings
- Conduct/ utilize research and data analysis to measure effectiveness, identify trends and use insights to drive continuous optimizations
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years experience in B2B marketing at scale across regions and languages
- Hands-on experience building and managing campaigns and channels at a global scale, such as - and not limited to - content marketing, email marketing, retargeting
- Experienced using a variety of analytics tools/platforms and the ability to extract actionable insights from data
- Fluency in English is essential (any other language(s) is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mindset
- Strong entrepreneurial and creative mindset
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM technologies, experience with Hubspot
- Flexible and resilient, comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- First-class communication skills, demonstrable commercial and industry acumen and ability to build effective cross-functional and external collaborations.
- A self-starter with strong organisation and planning skills, focused on results and delivery at pace.
- Experience working B2B SaaS or international business environments is a plus
