Location & Remote Flexibility This position is located in the Netherlands, Europe, with the flexibility to work out of your home office. You will have easy access to and support from your manager, and frequent video meetings to keep you integrated into your team. If you travel to a Center of Energy, you’ll be able to work out of our office spaces while you connect and collaborate with your team.

What You'll Do LM Envision, LogicMonitor's leading hybrid observability platform powered by AI, helps modern enterprises gain operational visibility and predictability across their IT stacks, enabling extraordinary employee and customer experiences. As Enterprise Account Executive, MSP & Telco at LogicMonitor, you will hunt for new business in the Nordics region, creating, progressing, and closing complex, strategic deals with the territory's leading enterprise organizations in IT Outsourcing and Telecommunications. You will qualify, uncover, and present business value to leaders in IT & Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Finance. Account Executives manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation through demo to Proof of Value, contract negotiation, and sign off, driving customer experience and growth.

Identify and prospect into target accounts

Present LM value to prospects through conversations, demos, and presentations

Implement MEDDPICC to move prospects through the sales cycle

Assist prospects progress through the sales cycle by engaging necessary levels and team selling (using SE, management, executive resources as necessary)

Trial optimisation (proactively adding dashboards, creating sample reports, etc. for all trial prospects)

Learn how LogicMonitor solves customer problems, and tailor the solution to various scenarios

Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process

Work to revenue targets set by the business and achieve them

What You'll Need

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

4+ years of B2B SaaS selling success, preferably selling into Managed Service Provider or IT Service Provider companies

Ability to articulate complex technologies simply

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas YoY selling into the Nordics region

Experience following a value‑based sales methodology, ideally MEDDPICC

Experience prospecting and outbound outreach to book first‑contact meetings

Experience managing a complex sales cycle and documenting activity in a CRM

Motivated self‑starter, able to work autonomously as well as part of a team

Excellent communication skills with a solid grasp of the English language both written and verbal with competent presentation skills

Proven experience negotiating new business opportunities

On a weekly basis provide LM managers a monthly & quarterly forecast

Travel required

Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Dutch is a great advantage
