Our Workplace Services (WPS) team plays a vital role in creating offices where people enjoy coming to work. We are currently looking for a Workplace Facilities Associate who is hands‑on, proactive, and service‑minded, someone who takes pride in keeping a workplace running smoothly and looking its best.

This is an active, on‑site operations role where no two days are the same. You’ll support meetings and events, assist with daily office operations, and handle minor technical and maintenance tasks. You’ll be a visible presence in the office and a key point of contact for employees, visitors, and the wider Workplace Services team.

Key Responsibilities Meetings & Events (30%)

Set up and reset meeting rooms and event spaces

Prepare catering and refreshments

Check and support basic AV equipment functionality

Office & Workplace Services (25%)

Manage office supplies and storage areas

Ensure common areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming

Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries

Technical & Facilities Support (20%)

Perform minor repairs (painting, basic electrical, furniture fixes)

Support furniture moves and workspace adjustments

Identify issues early and elevate when needed

Meeting Rooms & Daily Checks (10%)

Perform daily room inspections

Restock amenities and supplies

Ensure equipment is functional and ready for use

Snacks & Refreshments (5%)

Prepare food and beverages as needed

Maintain fridges and refreshment areas

Monitor stock levels

Team Communication & Reporting (5%)

Coordinate daily tasks with the WPS team

Log and track issues using Corrigo

Communicate proactively with the Facility Coordinator

What We’re Looking For Required

Experience in a facilities‑related role

Proactive, self‑starting mindset. Able to spot issues, take initiative, and act without waiting for instructions

Strong sense of ownership and pride in a well‑organized, clean, and professional workplace

Hands‑on, practical approach with attention to detail

Health & safety–focused approach — consistently works with a safety‑first mindset when performing tasks

Ability to identify potential risks or hazards, take immediate action where possible, and elevate issues appropriately

Able to handle food and refreshments in a hygienic and responsible manner, following basic food safety standards

Customer‑focused attitude with a positive, can‑do mentality

Good problem‑solving skills and the ability to prioritize daily tasks

Fluent in English (spoken and written), Dutch is a plus

Able to work with technology effectively

Working hours: 07:00–15:30 or 09:30–18:00 (flexible working hours)

Preferred

Basic knowledge of AV, and small repairs

Experience in corporate or office environments
