Supply Chain Senior Specialist Where will you be working? You’ll be working at

SDLG (Shandong Lingong Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.) , a major international player in the construction equipment industry. Founded in 1972, SDLG operated in partnership with Volvo from 2006, but has been fully independent since September 2025. The company supplies excavators, wheel loaders, and road construction equipment to customers worldwide. For the European market, operations are based at their warehouse in Harderwijk, the Netherlands. The work environment is international, down-to-earth, and result-driven. As Supply Chain Senior Specialist, you’ll be responsible for keeping SDLG’s logistics operations in Europe running like clockwork. You manage all incoming and outgoing goods flows and make sure machines and parts are delivered on time, to the right location. You stay in daily contact with carriers, logistics partners, and colleagues both locally and abroad. When something shifts, you adjust quickly and ensure delivery expectations are still met. You keep a close eye on timelines, act when things go off track, and spot process bottlenecks early. You’ll work closely with the team at the Harderwijk warehouse and play an active role in further professionalising the supply chain operation — especially important as volumes keep growing. A dynamic and impactful role, where you’re in the driver’s seat every day. What are we looking for? You’re organised, proactive, and don’t lose your head when things get busy. You enjoy taking ownership, and you’re always one step ahead. MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level, preferably in logistics or supply chain management; Experience in a supply chain, logistics, or international transport role; Knowledge of European logistics networks and carriers is a big plus; Skilled in ERP systems, preferably SAP; Experience with international logistics and customs clearance regulations; Confident in coordinating with both internal teams and external partners; Able to align proactively with Sales and create clear, realistic delivery plans; Strong planning, communication, and coordination skills; Comfortable monitoring stock levels and translating needs into daily warehouse operations; Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch and/or Chinese is a strong advantage.
