What You’ll Do

Coordinate and guide maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, projects, and corrective and preventive maintenance, in collaboration with other technicians.

Lead by example by staying active on the floor and supporting your shift through technical challenges.

Organize meetings, lead shift handovers, and mentor technicians so they can reach their full potential.

Maintain close communication with the Maintenance Manager and collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams.

Contribute to planning and continuous improvement by spotting and solving recurring technical issues in partnership with engineers.

What We Expect Of You

MBO+ level education or equivalent work experience.

5+ years of experience in a complex maintenance environment, preferably GMP.

Proven experience leading and/or coaching technicians.

Strong troubleshooting skills and root‑cause analysis (RCA, ATS, FMEA).

Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Comfortable with CMMS systems such as Maximo or SAP and able to analyze OEE data.

Willingness to work in shifts; our roster is a 3‑shift system.
