We are looking for a proactive and experienced Credit Controller. 12 months Language Requirements: Fluent in German and English Freelance/ZZP: Not applicable About the Organization For an international fashion retailer, are we looking for a Credit Controller to manage the German customer portfolio. You'll be part of a dynamic finance team based in Noord-Holland, contributing to healthy cash flow and risk management across fast-paced markets. About the Role As Credit Controller, you'll be responsible for managing accounts receivable for German clients. You'll monitor outstanding invoices, assess credit risks, and maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable and collections for Germany Contact customers regarding overdue payments Ensure accurate and timely invoicing Conduct credit assessments and advise on limits Prepare aging reports and cash flow forecasts Escalate unresolved debts when necessary Identify process improvements and ensure compliance What You Bring * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business * 2-3 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable * Experience with ERP systems (Exenta of credit Device) is a plus * Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized * Proficient in Excel and reporting tools What We Offer * Hybrid working model (3 days in-office) * Travel allowance (public transport or mileage reimbursement) * Discounted fresh lunches, unlimited coffee/snacks * Collaborative and international team environment Interested?
