Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially curious Business Development Intern to support our growth and partnership initiatives.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is eager to gain hands on experience in business development within a fast-paced technology or startup environment. You will work closely with the Business Development, Sales and Leadership teams to identify new opportunities, support outreach efforts and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
This internship offers strong exposure to market research, partnership development, client engagement and go-to-market execution.
Our flagship solution, Conductor™, is the industry’s first intelligence layer for the semiconductor supply chain, developed in partnership with SEMI and the SCM Industry Advisory Council, and launched at events across Asia, Europe and North America.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners and new business opportunities.
Build and maintain prospect lists and support outbound outreach efforts (email, LinkedIn, events).
Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals and partnership materials.
Support lead generation and pipeline tracking activities.
Attend client meetings and take structured notes with clear follow-ups.
Analyse competitor activity and industry trends to inform business strategy.
Assist in managing CRM systems and ensuring data accuracy.
Support special projects related to expansion, partnerships or new market entry initiatives.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
Strong interest in business development, sales or strategy within technology/startup environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong research and analytical abilities.
Highly organised with attention to detail.
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
