E&I Maintenance & Troubleshooting Technician

Work Setup: Onsite

Contract: 6-month FREELANCE/ZZP

An industrial facility in the Groningen region is looking for an

E&I Maintenance Technician

to support ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting activities across electrical and instrumentation systems. The role focuses on maintaining reliability of plant equipment and resolving electrical and instrumentation faults within a live operational environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform

preventive and corrective maintenance

on electrical and instrumentation systems

Troubleshoot faults on

motors, drives, control panels and field instrumentation

Calibrate and test

process instruments

including pressure, flow, level and temperature transmitters

Support fault finding on

PLC-controlled systems

Maintain

electrical distribution systems and MCCs

Assist during

plant shutdowns and maintenance campaigns

Requirements:

Technical qualification in

Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation or Mechatronics

5+ years' experience in industrial maintenance or E&I technician roles

Strong

fault-finding and troubleshooting skills

Experience with

industrial instrumentation and electrical systems

Familiarity with

PLC-based control systems

Experience working in

energy, chemical or heavy industrial environments
