Service Specialist – Kuijpers Join the technical team at Kuijpers as a Service Specialist for building‑connected installations. You will be the technical hub for our E&B department, handling a wide range of mechanical installations in healthcare and utility settings.

Responsibilities

Process faults on all types of mechanical installations.

Work primarily with Priva systems: analyze performance contracts, implement functional monitoring systems, and monitor installation performance via the building management system.

Adjust settings to meet performance standards, enhance building comfort, and remotely resolve faults.

Perform on‑site maintenance, modify building management system settings, and produce performance reports.

Provide improvement proposals and advise the contract manager on potential adjustments.

Carry out any other related duties in accordance with company guidelines, work instructions, and procedures.

Qualifications

Completed technical education at MBO‑4 level.

Experience in a similar role with mechanical or building‑connected installations.

Valid driver’s license.

Strong craftsmanship, flexibility, and a commitment to teamwork.
