As a

Senior DevOps Engineer AWS , you won't be maintaining someone else's infrastructure, you'll be designing and owning it from the ground up. Unlike traditional roles focused on tickets and monitoring, you'll make real architectural decisions that power mission critical systems. You will be responsible for taking our platform to the next level, working with a sophisticated AWS environment that combines EC2 instances and Kubernetes clusters, backed by MySQL, OpenSearch, and Redis.

Your Impact

Design and implement cloud solutions from scratch, driving our AWS architecture forward with real ownership.

Build new workflows, monitoring systems, and performance tests using scalable GitLab CI/CD.

Take full ownership of critical CI/CD and release processes that handle billions in yearly transactions.

Adopt fit for purpose technologies based on your expertise and interests.

Keep infrastructure stable, scalable, secure, and performant as we grow.

Work with a tight knit team that values learning from mistakes over pointing fingers.

What You Bring

Minimum of 5 years in a DevOps or infrastructure focused role.

Bachelor's degree or higher (or equivalent work experience).

You've designed and owned AWS infrastructure in production, not just operated it.

Experience with high traffic, mission critical platforms.

Deep knowledge of automation and infrastructure design.

Experience with GitLab CI/CD, AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform (or CloudFormation).

Understanding of application testing and system dependability.

Ability to keep infrastructure stable, scalable, secure, and performant.

You must reside in the Netherlands.

An all-in salary up to €95,000 annually, including 8% and 13th month, depending on your experience and skill!
