Teamcoördinator Functioneel Beheer | Amsterdam Location: BovenIJ Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands.

Salary: Up to €5,289 per month (36 hours/week) + 13th month

Hours: 32–36 hours per week

Work location: Amsterdam-Noord

Job Overview As team coordinator Functional Management at BovenIJ hospital, you will serve as the bridge between people and systems, bringing structure and stability to the team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direction to a team that has experienced changes in leadership.

Collaborate closely with the ICT manager to ensure team quality and development.

Create structure in daily operations and team agreements.

Build trust between functional management and care.

Ensure systems such as HiX, AFAS and Ultimo support care properly.

Help colleagues grow in their role, conduct annual reviews and support short‑term absenteeism.

Support rollout of releases, optimizations and new functionalities.

Be visible on the floor, signal issues and translate into action.

Play a role in team development, workplace design and communication structures.

What We Offer

Team coordinator role, 36 hours/week (32 possible), active presence on the floor.

Gross monthly salary up to €5,289 on 36‑hour basis per FWG55.

Qualifications

HBO education and work‑thinking level, strong background in functional management. Experience in healthcare is a plus.

Ability to bring structure, clarity and help teams grow.

Knowledge of ITIL, BPMN, BiSL or Lean.

Self‑sufficient, prioritizes tasks, problem‑solver under pressure.

Motivational, accessible, and capable of guiding colleagues.

Fluent in Dutch, both in writing and speaking.
