Stadshart Amstelveen (AMS)

when required. Acting as the primary point of contact for tenants and internal stakeholders, you will ensure full compliance with URW's construction, technical, and safety standards. This role blends

Construction Management , with a strong focus on technical assessment, stakeholder management, small‑scale construction projects, and compliance.

What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful as the Construction Manager? - HBO/WO degree in Construction or a similar technical field. - Experience in retail construction, fit-out projects, or technical project management. - Strong technical assessment skills and insight into construction execution. - Experience with cost estimation and financial insight for small construction projects. - Experience supervising contractors and working in a dynamic retail environment. xbelvxb - Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
