Freelance Content Creator , you are the visual bridge between our e-commerce clients and their digital communities.

Your mission will be to head “into the wild” (production floors, warehouses and behind-the-scenes sets) to capture the authentic stories that make a brand human.

You’ll be on the ground, camera in hand, turning physical operations and product moments into high-potential visual assets.

In this role, your primary responsibility is

production and capture . You are the one who brings the “work on the ground” to life, providing the raw, high-quality material our strategy teams need to succeed.

On-Site Content Capture:

You’ll travel to various client locations to film and photograph “behind-the-scenes” moments, product showcases, and team spotlights. (International travel on us)

Visual Storytelling:

You’ll identify the most engaging angles of a client’s operation—whether it’s the craft of a handmade product or the hustle of a busy shipping hub—and capture them with a social-first lens.

Asset Delivery:

You will curate and deliver high-quality raw footage (stills or video) optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Collaborative Briefing:

You’ll work closely with our creative directors and the clients’ operational teams. They provide the “what” and “why,” and you provide the “how” through your creative eye.

Trend Execution:

While you won't be managing the accounts, you’ll stay updated on visual trends so you can suggest specific shots or styles that you know will perform well once published.

About You You’re a proactive freelancer with a “grab-and-go” mentality. You love being on the move and have a genuine knack for making everyday work look extraordinary on camera.

Visual Specialist:

You have a strong eye for photography and videography, specifically for mobile-first and social media formats.

Technical Proficiency:

You are confident using your own gear. Whether that’s a professional camera or a high-end mobile rig with stabilizers and lighting.

Self-Starting & Organized:

You can manage your own travel and shooting schedule, ensuring you hit every item on the shot list.

Approachable & Professional:

You’ll be representing us on-site with our clients. Being personable and comfortable directing people in a busy environment is key.

Trend-Aware:

You know what a “TikTok-style” transition looks like and how to frame shots that leave room for text overlays and captions.
