Job Description Nordson EFD , a leading provider of precision fluid dispensing systems, is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our Customer Service team in Maastricht, the Netherlands, as a German speaking Customer Service Representative . We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and we are looking for candidates who share that same commitment.Summary of the roleYou will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected.You will be responsible for order entry and follow up with customers, including the preparation of quotes for spares and machines. Being the regular interface with all associated Distributors, Sales engineers, Technical Service Manager and Sales Managers.As Customer Service Representative you will processes transactions routed to designated customer service desks within the case management system. This includes processing inbound requests initiated via phone or electronically from internal and external customers for quotes, orders, and other inquiries.Role and ResponsibilitiesComplete requests received via phone or electronically from internal and external customersCreate and manage standard quotations, sales orders, and returns in SAP in a timely manner according to established goals of the Customer Experience SupervisorHandle internal and external customer inquiries regarding order status, inventory availability, delivery status, and pricingJob duties may encompass international transactions and requests.Follow correct process to communicate with other Nordson teams to solve problems and get the information needed for an inquiryAbility to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policiesAbility to learn and use Nordson case management technology to retrieve and update status of each task assignment.Review case management requests to assign priority status and route to the correct customer service desk.Identify opportunities to enhance and improve their daily tasks.Base performance standards against established metrics to drive performance improvements Conduct themselves in a way that fosters a positive, supportive, and professional work environment in which everyone is treated with dignity and respectSkills and QualificationsMinimum MBO+ - degree (commercial or logistics)General knowledge on business and work processes (supply chain)Relevant experience in a customer service related environment or a business environment is highly desiredComputer literate (advance knowledge of MS-Office)German language skills are required (writing and verbal) and verbal skills in English Additional Italian language skills are preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills SAP system knowledge preferredBenefitsWe offer a flexible work schedule, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth and development.Our benefits do further include: 13th month, 25 regular holiday, 6 ADV, pension scheme, travel allowanceAbout Nordson EFDAt Nordson EFD, we understand that diversity and inclusion are vital to our success, and we are committed to creating a culture of belonging for all employees.
