Your Mission

As Senior Product Manager, you’ll shape one of the most foundational pillars of our neobank: the systems, journeys, and experiences that help young people confidently navigate their financial lives. You’ll turn complex problems—whether technical, regulatory, or behavioral—into simple, trusted, intuitive products for teens, young adults, and their parents.

This role is for someone who brings clarity not through authority but through alignment, collaboration, and strong product thinking. You lead by influence—connecting people, elevating shared understanding, and creating the conditions for cross‑functional teams to do their best work. Whether you’re shaping onboarding, everyday banking flows, financial empowerment tools, or future‑facing features, your work directly influences how a new generation learns to manage money.

You’ll craft a clear, inspiring product narrative that aligns teams and leadership around the right long‑term bets and builds momentum across the organization. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Risk & Compliance, Growth, and Operations—co‑creating solutions, navigating complexity together, and ensuring we build the right things, build them well, and build them to last. You’ll also coach and support Product Managers, helping them grow while strengthening product way of working across the organization.

Define a clear product vision and roadmap—and the narrative that rallies teams and leadership around it. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to turn complex systems and constraints into simple, trusted experiences. Build alignment and momentum by influencing through clarity, trust, and collaboration—not authority. Co‑lead discovery and delivery with Design and Engineering to ensure shared ownership and high execution quality. Raise product standards and decision quality by coaching Product Managers, sharpening product practices, and improving how we make trade‑offs. Lay scalable foundations—systems, processes, and ways of working—that support sustainable growth as BUUT expands.

Requirements What We're Looking For

A natural, collaborative product leader and clear communicator with strong judgment. 10+ years of Product Management experience, including senior, lead, or principal-level responsibility. Experience in a fintech or banking scale-up environment; bonus for consumer-facing products. Deep understanding of Dutch context and language; bonus for building products for young people. Proven ability to navigate and influence in regulated environments (PSD2, KYC, AML).
