About this role
As our Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the Osbit NL office. You will help create and maintain an efficient, professional and welcoming workplace while providing essential support across office coordination, recruitment administration and people (HR) activities.
This is a hands‑on coordination role suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive and enjoys supporting people and processes within a growing engineering‑led organisation.
Your experience
Proven experience in office coordination.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Familiarity with HR practices and administrative processes.
A proactive, solution‑oriented approach and a team player mindset.

Your responsibilities
Office Setup and Coordination
Oversee the setup of our new office space, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment, with support from Osbit Ltd people function.
Coordinate office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
Act as the primary point of contact for office-related queries and issues.
HR and Administration
Assist with People (HR) function, including onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and facilitating training sessions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support the management team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
Provide administrative support across the recruitment process, including arranging interviews, coordinating with candidates, and liaising with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Support onboarding activities to help ensure new starters are welcomed and set up effectively.
