All-round warehouse employee

Overview About the role Are you an experienced reach truck driver looking for a stable, full-time position in a modern logistics environment? At Vanderlande’s European Distribution Center in Erp, we are expanding our warehouse team and looking for motivated professionals who enjoy hands‑on work and responsibility.

Responsibilities As an allround warehouse employee with reach truck experience, you will be active in both inbound and outbound processes.

Inbound activities

Unloading incoming shipments

Checking and registering goods in the warehouse system

Storing products correctly using a reach truck

Assisting with stock counts, sorting, and internal transport

Outbound activities

Preparing orders for shipment

Loading trucks and containers safely and efficiently

Ensuring goods are packed and secured correctly

Monitoring stock accuracy and reporting discrepancies

Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organized

You’ll work closely with your colleagues to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.

Qualifications

Experience driving a reach truck (certificate is a plus, experience is essential)

Ability to communicate in English and/or Dutch

A proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility

Availability for full‑time work

Willingness to start in the short term

Benefits

Hourly wage: €15.00 gross per hour

Holiday allowance: 8.33%

Travel reimbursement: €0.21 per km (from 10 km one‑way)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30
