Mechanical Engineer (Industrial Refrigeration)

Where will you work? GEA Refrigeration is one of the largest suppliers to the food processing industry and many other processing industries. The position is based at the headquarters of GEA APC Utilities Benelux, Global & Marine in ’s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. What will you be doing? As a Mechanical Engineer, you will design industrial refrigeration and heating systems. You translate customer and regulatory requirements into technically sound designs and monitor planning and quality. You also support international offices and are involved in FAT and SAT testing.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for an experienced engineer with a solid background in industrial refrigeration. You work independently, think analytically and take ownership of your designs. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial refrigeration; Experience designing industrial refrigeration systems; Experience with CAD systems such as Autodesk Plant 3D; Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards within refrigeration.
