Your role in our shared journey Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission as an Intellectual Property Counsel. You will manage IP matters across the EMEA region while collaborating with our global team. This role combines IP expertise with marketing compliance oversight.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

Review marketing materials for compliance with intellectual property laws and requirements.

Perform trademark searches and assist with prosecuting trademark applications in the EMEA region.

Take part in global intellectual property (IP) planning and liaise with AHQ and other internal and external parties.

You have the following skills:

Five years of relevant experience in the field of Intellectual Property, with the focus on Trademarks and Designs – either as an inhouse IP counsel or as an IP attorney at an IP agency.

Qualification within the European Union.

Experience in trademark matters with an emphasis on domestic and international clearance, prosecution, and enforcement, as well as experience in managing a global trademark portfolio.

Experience in review of marketing materials.

BMM Certificate obtained (Benelux Association for Trademarks and Designs) is a big plus.
