What You’ll Do Act as

Senior Program Manager

for a strategic component program, serving as the primary interface with the defense ecosystem Lead end-to-end defense programs focused on turbine systems and other mission-critical hardware, from concept through delivery Translate customer, industrial, and regulatory requirements into clear, executable program roadmaps Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, industrialization, supply chain, commercial, manufacturing, testing, and operations Own full program execution — schedules, budgets, milestones, risk mitigation, and prioritization across complex multi-project environments Drive strategic program expansion, evolving turbine-focused initiatives into broader component and system domains Represent the organization at senior level with customers, industry partners, and defense stakeholders Manage customer relationships throughout delivery, including system integration and negotiation of scope, schedule, and program changes Provide governance and strategic direction to project managers, ensuring alignment with overarching program objectives

What You’ll Bring 15–20 years’ experience in defense, aerospace, energy, or heavy industrial sectors Deep expertise in turbine technology and/or energy systems within complex defense or aerospace programs Strong hands-on understanding of systems engineering, hardware development, testing cycles, and manufacturing environments Exceptional planning and structuring capability — able to convert ambiguity into measurable, executable plans Proven experience managing large program budgets, including financial forecasting and data-driven investment decisions Demonstrated ability to build robust documentation, processes, and executive-level reporting structures Track record leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs in complex organizational environments Comprehensive understanding of industrial execution models, supply chains, and defense program lifecycles Confidence engaging with senior industry leaders and government counterparts Willingness to undertake significant international travel Fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages such as German and/or French highly valued
