Act as the construction-facing representative for all telecoms and network infrastructure activities. Coordinate requirements between the data centre infrastructure team and project/construction teams. Manage procurement schedules, contractor onboarding, and training. Oversee structured fibre delivery, splicing, testing and documentation. Conduct weekly site walks for construction progress, QA/QC, and EH&S compliance. Align network turn-up strategy across cross-functional partner teams. Track schedules, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution. Collate and distribute installation guidelines, patching schedules, and hardware requirements. Coordinate logistics for fibre bundles, racks, optics, and patch panels. Participate in progress meetings and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders. Support standardisation of processes across sites and regions, feeding back lessons learned. Skills/Must have

10+ years’ experience in telecoms. 5+ years’ experience in data centre construction or fit-out projects. Strong understanding of OFCI vs CFCI, structured fibre, QA/QC practices. Experience working for developers or end users in critical environments. Fluent English; additional European languages (Dutch, French, Spanish, Danish) are a plus. Willingness and mobility to travel across EU data centre sites. Benefits

Up to €100,000 gross per year depending on experience
