For the Taste department at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in Tilburg, we are looking for motivated candidates with an eye for quality. Here, raw materials are processed into fragrance components used worldwide in products such as food and cosmetics. As an upcoming operator, you will work in a fixed team using a mobile weighing station equipped with a computer and scale. Based on recipes, you collect, weigh, and process various raw materials that form the basis of IFF’s high-quality products. Your responsibilities

Collecting raw materials according to recipes using a mobile weighing station; Accurately weighing and processing ingredients (sometimes up to 30 per batch); Mixing and preparing fragrance materials for further processing; Operating and monitoring equipment; Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workplace; Following all safety and quality regulations; Actively cooperating with colleagues to ensure an optimal production process. 3 shifts

Gross hourly wage of €17,38 + 20,5% shift allowance on all hours worked 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance 13 ADV days and 13th month included in a flex budget Travel allowance of €0.21 per km A contract directly at IFF in the future At Start People, we reward according to the principle of equal pay; your employment conditions always match those of colleagues who are directly employed by the client.
