The role and the team

As a

PR & Communications Specialist , you will play a key role in how Dealsuite shows up externally. You will work on press communications, owned content, newsletters, and social media, ensuring our messaging is clear, consistent, and well-distributed across channels. This is a junior role, ideal for someone with first experience in marketing, communications, or PR (for example, through an internship or a first role), who wants to grow fast and take ownership early on. You will join the marketing team and work closely with content, digital, and sales colleagues. You will report to the Senior Content Manager and collaborate with external partners where needed.

What you will do

PR & external communications Draft and coordinate press releases and press communications Maintain contact lists and support media outreach Support the distribution of reports and publications

Content & editorial Write and edit blog posts and website content Safeguard tone of voice, structure, and quality across content Support SEO and AI-optimised content workflows (no prior expertise required)

Newsletters & email Create and send newsletters or email campaigns for different markets Segment audiences and analyse performance in HubSpot

Social media Support social media strategy and execution, with a focus on LinkedIn Create and schedule posts aligned with campaigns and publications

Tools & systems Work with tools such as HubSpot, Canva and Webflow Help keep content and communication processes structured and up to date

What you bring (Please apply even if you don’t tick all the boxes!) Some experience in marketing, communications, or PR (internship or first role) Strong written English skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential Interest in PR, content, and external communications Flexible mindset and willingness to learn Comfortable working in a fast-growing, international environment

Languages Fluency in English is required French, German, Dutch, Spanish, or other European languages are a strong plus
