Kramp, a leader in the agricultural market for parts, is seeking a
People Manager Tech
to elevate our software engineering teams.
We are evolving our technology landscape, which powers multiple digital sales channels and webshops, serving thousands of customers and generating a turnover of one billion euros per year.
As the
People Manager Tech , you will support the success of Kramp and our Software Engineers. Your passion for coaching, empowering, and facilitating engineers will ensure they perform at their peak and reach their full potential.
The product teams work with Agile practices, and you will support their development and delivery using leadership skills, team development, and Agile tools. Youโll cultivate ownership and cross-functional collaboration, creating an environment for teams to thrive.
You will oversee teams within the e-commerce domain, including areas such as Assortment, Findability, Customer Connect, or eCommerce Foundation.
Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Technology, you will work together to ensure the teams are well-equipped for growth and be part of a leadership team of Tech People Managers.
Responsibilities include:
Leading and managing a group of around 20 Software Engineers across 2-3 teams, ensuring high performance and potential development.
Balancing peopleโs growth with company needs, supporting both individual and organizational development.
Collaborating with Product Owners to ensure quality delivery.
Supporting Agile practices through participation and facilitation of team meetings, workshops, and sessions.
Fostering engineer satisfaction and providing opportunities for team transitions.
Tracking key metrics such as NPS, team health, retention, and personal development.
Working with HR to align Software Engineersโ growth with company expansion.
Overseeing capacity planning, performance cycles, and implementing growth frameworks.
Who are you?
Management experience (20+ FTE) in a tech/digital or e-commerce environment.
Hands-on Agile leadership experience, such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
Trusted advisor to leadership on People Strategy & Growth.
Strong communication and relationship skills.
Continuous learner, fostering feedback culture.
Familiarity with Agile principles across multiple teams.
Proactive, adaptable, and culturally sensitive.
