About the Role We are seeking a highly driven and commercially minded Machine Vision Go-to-Market (GTM) professional to lead the successful launch and expansion of our machine vision solutions in target markets. In this role, you will act as the bridge between product, sales, and market demand, ensuring that our technology is positioned effectively and delivers strong business impact. You will define and execute go-to-market strategies, identify high-value opportunities, and support the sales team in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. This position requires a strong understanding of machine vision or industrial automation, combined with strategic thinking and hands-on execution capabilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, market-oriented, and able to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions. You will work cross-functionally with product management, R&D, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches, competitive positioning, and sustainable market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for machine vision products. 2. Identify target markets, key customers, and business opportunities. 3. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive product adoption. 4. Support customer acquisition and deal closure processes. 5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform GTM strategy. 6. Participate in product demonstrations, technical presentations, and trade shows. 7. Track and report on GTM performance metrics and sales pipeline.

Qualifications

Required: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Optical Engineering, or related technical fields. 2. Experience in machine vision, industrial automation, or imaging solutions preferred. Familiarity with European/Global industrial markets is a plus. 3. Strong understanding of sales processes and GTM strategies. Ability to translate technical product features into business value for customers. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex solutions clearly. 5. Fluent in English (working language); proficiency in German, French, Italian, or other European languages is a strong plus. 6. Willingness to travel regularly across Europe (~50–60%) and work in an international environment.
