Over de functie

You build and optimise career websites within our own CMS.

You translate employer branding into user-friendly and visually appealing designs.

You actively communicate with clients via email, phone, or on-site.

You provide advice on marketing strategies, content, and budget allocation.

You contribute ideas for innovations in our software and marketing tools.

No two days are the same. One day you might design a new recruitment site, the next you coach a client on conversion-focused content. You easily switch between creation, strategy, and client interaction.

Wat vragen wij van jou

At least a bachelor’s level education in marketing, communications, HR, or design.

1+ year of experience in online marketing or web design. And if not, at least a rock-solid story.

You are creative but know when something simply needs to convert rather than just look good.

You can explain your work to a client – without PowerPoint, jargon, or tears.

You love to win.

You live in the Houten region and are available for 5 days a week.

Wat bieden wij jou

Salary between €2,650 and €3,500 per month, depending on experience.
