Job Description In your role as a Junior Application Administrator, you will serve as the crucial link between business requirements and their solutions. Your responsibilities will include identifying, analysing, and specifying business needs and providing well‑documented solutions. You will collaborate closely with project teams or software vendors and assist users in utilising business applications. Additionally, you will impart your knowledge through education, instructions, and demonstrations. You will be tasked with handling issues and incidents related to primary business applications, modifying applications as per changing functional or technical user requirements, or addressing identified errors. You are expected to be engaged in innovation, enjoy challenging yourself, and be comfortable working in a project and process‑oriented manner in an international trade/production company.

Key Responsibilities Serving as the link between business needs and solution delivery. Identifying, analysing, and documenting business requirements. Supporting users in implementing business applications. Resolving issues and incidents related to primary business applications.
