As a Recruitment & Sales Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle within your specialist market.
Responsibilities
Build Your Network : Proactively acquire new clients via phone outreach and develop long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.
Consult & Advise : Become a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and matching them with the right talent.
Manage Talent : Identify, qualify, and engage freelance specialists for key projects and roles.
Close Deals : Manage negotiations and guide candidates smoothly through the recruitment process.
Drive Your Success : Take ownership of your market, build your portfolio, and grow your business in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial setting.
Qualifications & Skills
Language Skills : C1–C2 level proficiency in Dutch or German. (For English‑only speakers at C2 level, 1–2 years of B2B sales, business development, agency recruitment, or similar experience is required.)
Experience : We welcome candidates at various levels, but experience in B2B sales, agency recruitment, or telecommunications is a strong advantage.
Mindset : Ambitious, driven, resilient, and eager to succeed in a competitive but supportive environment.
Location : Based in—or willing to relocate to—the Amsterdam area.
