Were looking for an experienced Head Chef to join the project now. You willbe involved in shaping the concept, building the team, and leading the kitchen from pre-opening through to launch in late 2024 or early 2025. Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef background in high-end, lifestyle restaurants Expertise with seafood and Mediterranean/Spanish/French cuisine Experience running large, fast-paced kitchens (160+ covers) with busy bar service Hands-on leadership style and a passion for mentoring Full work rights in the Netherlands and be located in Amsterdam Interested?
