Warehouse Manager role involves leading the entire operation and working closely with the Operations Manager Requires analyzing data and translating it into key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring their achievement Focus on continuous improvement of processes to elevate the team\'s performance Responsibilities include making and implementing action plans, coaching employees, and planning headcount Essential to motivate employees, show enthusiasm, and have strong people management skills Position aimed at expanding business operations to enhance customer service and facilitate further growth. YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor working and thinking level You have proven knowledge of warehousing, processes, and project management with a complexity comparable to Arvato’s You are ambitious, proactive, and independent professional with strong analytical skill It is important that you have the eagerness to serve your customer at a high-quality level You are flexible and like an elevated level of dynamism in your day It is your personal drive to go for the best result. A salary between €2,975 and €5,531.
