Role Overview We have a central EMEA UX (User Experience) team with the aim to “transform clients to users” and push their User Experience on our Internal tool & Reporting to the next level. Crucial to this success are the experts we have in different countries. The local experts are the interface for our local colleagues and guiding partners for our FMCG & Retail clients (Henkel, Heineken, Signature Foods, Jumbo, Albert Heijn and many others).

As Client Experience Analyst your primary goal is to support our clients with best-in-class training, report consulting & delivery. You will be working very closely with EMEA experts who will be responsible for the report delivery to our clients.

The ideal candidate has deep analytical skills & reporting solutions. You have the ability to work with clients to understand their needs and translate them into requests. You are willing to work closely with EMEA and the local team experts.

Job Responsibilities

Provide consulting in client meetings for our internal tools & reporting

Create trainings & workshops on our internal tools that excite for internal & external audience

Know how to create first class reports and drive improvements

Close partnering with EMEA & local team experts

Define & adjust best practice for our internal tools

Meet and support our clients within FMCG and Retail sectors at their location within the Netherlands

Requirements

HBO or University education

Preferably 2 years of experience within FMCG sector

Deep analytical and reporting skillsPlanning and coordinating skills

Successful background in managing clients

Resilience

Excellent communication skills in

English and Dutch
