Responsibilities You will drive the product strategy for our HFT systems, ensuring sub‑millisecond latency and 99.99% uptime while balancing performance goals with risk management and regulatory compliance.

Outcomes

Lead low‑latency system design and continuous improvement.

Maintain high‑availability for critical trading systems.

Shape product activities for direct commercial impact.

Drive continuous product innovation and risk monitoring.

Own and communicate the product roadmap across all stakeholders.

Oversee stress‑testing and back‑testing integration.

Integrate regulatory and compliance requirements into the roadmap.

Manage relationships with data providers and exchanges.

Act as the central hub for cross‑functional communication.

Essentials

Experience with low‑latency or high‑frequency trading systems.

Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

Deep technical understanding of electronic trading components.

Knowledge of trading principles and risk management practices.

Track record of translating business and quantitative needs into engineering requirements.

Beneficial Experience

Understanding of market microstructure in crypto markets.

Passion for digital assets and crypto trading.

Experience with agile product management methodologies.

Background in software development or infrastructure engineering for real‑time systems.

Familiarity with regulatory compliance in financial markets.

Previous fintech experience, especially in derivatives markets.
