Are you a highly organized and proactive professional, eager to support a dynamic sales team and drive success through impactful training and enablement?

What are you going to do?

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Sales Enablement & Training Coordinator / Specialist to support their in‑region sales team and ensure seamless enablement execution in 2026. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating training programs, managing logistics, driving cross‑functional initiatives, and optimizing processes to improve sales performance.

You will work closely with regional sales teams, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on key enablement priorities.

What You'll Do

- Facilitating and coordinating sales training programs to ensure effective learning experiences for new and existing sales team members; - Managing training logistics and overseeing execution to ensure smooth delivery across departments; - Engaging with regional subject matter experts to identify training gaps and facilitate knowledge sharing; - Driving complex training and enablement initiatives, collaborating closely with sales teams and cross-functional partners; - Supporting new hire onboarding, product update sessions, sales events, and other enablement initiatives; - Building strong cross-functional relationships to understand and optimize training and enablement needs; - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions to enhance training efficiency and effectiveness.

What do we ask?

- Previous experience in sales training, sales enablement or facilitation; - Proven ability to manage multiple programs, coordinate stakeholders, and optimize learning or enablement processes; - Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively engage sales teams and cross-functional partners; - Structured problem-solver with strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset; - Experience with sales training tools, enablement platforms, LMS, or onboarding programs is a plus.
