YOUR TASKS

You are responsible for coordinating the logistics process in your department and meeting the predetermined targets and KPIs daily.

Lead daily meetings with all team leaders to discuss planning viability, review previous days’ performance, adjust targets/KPIs, and coordinate additional staffing needs.

Control and adjust the logistics processes throughout the day to maintain efficiency.

Coordinate on the floor and work on progress reports, process improvements or other tasks in the office.

Manage staff scheduling and regularly contact the Workforce department.

Coaching and motivating your team to maintain high performance.

YOUR PROFILE

Vocational (MBO) thinking- and working level with experience or HBO starter.

At least 1 year of relevant work experience as Supervisor, or at least 2 years as Assistant Supervisor.

Knowledge of Excel and ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP.

Good command of English language.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize operations.

People-oriented, good connector.

WE OFFER

Salary between €2,447 and €4,004, plus 8% holiday allowance and discounted gym memberships.
