We’re hiring: Virtual Account Manager (VAM)
Are you a customer-focused sales professional who thrives in a remote, digital sales environment? Do you enjoy growing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities? Then this role might be for you.
Your mission
As a Virtual Account Manager, you are mainly office-based and responsible for maintaining and growing market share within your assigned region. You manage and develop customers remotely, using digital channels such as phone, email and CRM.
Your key responsibilities
Proactively grow sales with existing and new customers (direct and indirect)
Act as the primary sales contact for assigned customers
Identify customer needs and propose the best-fit solutions
Prepare and present quotations, manage pricing and support contract negotiations
Follow up on leads, opportunities and quotations throughout the full sales cycle
Develop customer potential strategically and keep CRM data up to date
Prospect new customers through outbound calls and digital channels
Deliver remote product demonstrations and consult customers on solutions
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure
one voice to the customer
What you bring
A sales mindset with a technical background or strong technical affinity
Experience in B2B digital and/or remote sales
Strong skills in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital sales tools
Solution-selling and negotiation skills
Excellent time management and customer-oriented mindset
Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English
