Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant – Remote – Bilingual Dutch and English

Responsibilities
Advise and lead ServiceNow client implementations, ensuring ongoing alignment with the Now Create methodology and ServiceNow best practices in the EMEA region and beyond.
Facilitate client-focused design workshops (on-site and remote), including the creation of design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and client requirements.
Understand complex client needs and communicate practical solutions effectively, translating business context and requirements into sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
Translate stated and unstated requirements into user-friendly solutions that satisfy ServiceNow users worldwide.
Provide guidance and oversight on the quality of the work of Technical Consultants; be familiar with all aspects of leading and participating in an agile team.
Qualifications
Demonstrated consulting experience in a direct, client-facing role within a service-oriented organization, working across multiple projects.
Certification in at least one ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification and/or Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
Subject matter expertise in one or more core ServiceNow modules (e.g., SecOps, Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, GRC Risk and Compliance, Vendor Risk, or Audit Management).
Experience developing ServiceNow solutions to address business problems.
Strong ServiceNow scripting skills in JavaScript (e.g., Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions).
Ability to set priorities in a complex environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to clients at all levels.
Understanding of Agile implementation and project management methodologies.
Willingness to travel up to 50% within the EMEA region and beyond.
Near-native proficiency in Dutch and English, with the understanding that applications should be submitted in English since Wrangu is an English-speaking company.
