With strong growth across Europe, we’re now expanding our footprint beyond just The Netherlands and the DACH market and we’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive to lead that growth.

Your Role As Account Executive Europe, you will drive the commercial expansion of Meta‑Skills across key European markets, focusing on enterprise L&D teams, strategic technology and content partners, and large training and consulting providers.

You will own the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing and renewing contracts while working closely with our partner network, product team, and leadership.

You combine consultative selling with a strategic understanding of L&D, SaaS, and AI innovation within larger organizations. You know how to speak the language of Chief Learning Officers, Heads of People Development, Partnership Directors, and Training Providers.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a high‑value pipeline of enterprise, partner, and training‑provider opportunities across Europe.

Lead demos and present our Avatar Studio and simulation capabilities to L&D and partnership decision‑makers.

Collaborate with the product and partnership teams to design pilot programs and scalable avatar‑based learning solutions.

Develop long‑term relationships that drive annual recurring revenue and multi‑year agreements.

Contribute to regional go‑to‑market strategy, partner enablement, and joint sales initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

3–6 years of experience in L&D solution sales, ideally within EdTech, HRTech, AI and/or SaaS.

Experience selling to enterprise L&D/HR and/or building partner channels (LMS/LXP vendors, consultancies, content providers, large training firms).

Proven track record in managing full sales cycles (prospecting → demo → solutioning → negotiation → close).

Excellent communication skills in English (professional level).

Fluency in at least one additional European language (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, or a Nordic language) to support regional expansion.

Ability to translate client needs into scalable learning solutions.

Curious, strategic, and passionate about learning, technology, and AI‑driven workforce transformation.
