Operator painting line

As a Paint Line Operator, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the finishing line and supervising a small team of 2 to 3 employees. Your duties include, among others:

Performing quality control on products at the finishing line. Maintaining the production line to ensure efficient and continuous operation. Improving and adjusting recipes in the HMI system for our production robots. Resolving minor malfunctions, if necessary in consultation with our in-house Technical Service team. Supervising and guiding a small team of 2 to 3 employees. Planning daily tasks in consultation with the production manager. Actively contributing ideas for optimization to improve quality and efficiency. xbelvxb Job Requirements:

Knowledge of and affinity with production processes; Experience in a similar role is a plus; Proficiency in the English language; Willingness to work in 2- and 3-shift schedules. Employment Conditions:
