Our client, a leader in construction solutions, is seeking an experienced

CSA Supervisor

to manage large-scale, high-profile projects. This role involves overseeing critical site operations, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage site safety in collaboration with the safety advisor, ensuring compliance and closing out safety files.

Supervise subcontractor activities, monitor resource levels, and track progress against schedules.

Maintain daily site diaries with subcontractor work progress and photographic evidence.

Coordinate CSA subcontractor activities and manage interfaces with other subcontractors and teams.

Ensure quality standards are met, maintaining a continuous inspection process and managing QA files.

Oversee snagging and punch list management, ensuring timely resolutions.

Support the management of the project schedule, ensuring material deliveries align with the program.

Report on any site events that impact project costs or schedules, and assist in cost management.

Attend meetings, including site coordination, planning, and engineering reviews.

Assist with project closeout, ensuring all documents, including O&M manuals and safety files, are completed.

Essential Criteria:

7-10 years of experience in civil works or fit-out background.

Proven track record of supervising large installation projects.

Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

Familiarity with CSA systems and design and build processes.

Good IT skills for reporting and coordination.

Desirable Skills:

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.

Strong leadership capabilities to drive large-scale project success.
