Our service lines include M&A Advisory, Fundraising, and Fractional CFO services (Financial Advisory). This position is for the Amsterdam office and is focused on our M&A advisory projects. The role

Your core function is to support and drive M&A transactions across the full lifecycle. You will be actively involved in both sell-side and strategic buy-side mandates, requiring you to be highly adaptable and commercial-minded. You will act as a key project manager and analytical lead, working closely with founders, investors, and internal teams to execute complex deals. While you may occasionally support Financial Due Diligence (FDD) engagements for a holistic view, your primary focus is deal execution, origination support, and transaction management. Key responsibilities

Deal Execution: Drive the M&A process forward from engagement to closing, managing timelines and coordinating all internal and external parties. Valuation & Modeling: Develop solid financial models for valuation (DCF, comparable analyses) and scenario testing to support deal strategy and negotiations. Marketing Material Creation: Prepare Information Memorandums (IMs), Teaser Documents, and Management Presentations that effectively articulate the investment thesis and financial outlook to target buyers/sellers. Due Diligence Leadership: Support Financial Due Diligence (FDD) workstream on transactions (both Vendor/Sell-Side DD and Buy-Side DD), focusing on the Quality of Earnings analysis and identifying key transactional risks/opportunities. Origination Support: Assist in market mapping, company research, and the creation of pitch materials to support senior leadership in winning new mandates. Strategic Advisory: Provide focused support on pre-deal readiness, focusing on optimizing financial structures and reporting necessary to maximize a client's value ahead of a transaction. What you bring

4 - 6 years of specialized experience in M&A or Transaction Services. Experience must come from an Investment Bank (M&A), a specialized M&A Boutique, or a Big Four Transaction Advisory (TS) practice with a strong deal execution focus. Expert technical proficiency in: Full M&A lifecycle execution (origination, marketing, due diligence, negotiation support). Advanced financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Quality of Earnings analysis. Understanding of key deal mechanics, including net working capital and closing adjustments. A proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced environment. Passion for working with startups, scale-ups, and growth-stage companies. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done to get the job done. Past experience with startups and/or technology companies is a plus. The position
