Discipline Requirements

Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.

3+ years of experience.

Strong understanding of management systems, compliance frameworks and PDCA methodology to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Management System Standards expertise (ISO High Level Structure (HLS) / Harmonized Structure (HS), ISO 9001, NEN).

Knowledge about Arbodienst legislation in The Netherlands, GDPR, privacy legislation, Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) and practices is preferred.

Fluent in Dutch and English.

Strong organizational skills.

Strong focus on accuracy and precision.

Effective communication skills.

Hands‑on and high level of ownership.

Analytical and proactive problem‑solving.

Ability to translate formal standards and guidelines into practical use.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

Digital literacy, including Copilot.

Part‑time job (2 days a week / 16h a week).

Working location Terneuzen Site.

This role is essential for ensuring compliance with Dutch 'Arbodienst' certification regulations and maintaining the continuity of our certified internal Arbodienst in Terneuzen.
