You combine technical knowledge with practical skills and teamwork to prevent malfunctions and ensure quality.Your responsibilities include:

Setting up, operating, and converting machines and production lines. Keeping production lines running smoothly and preventing breakdowns. Identifying and resolving technical issues, with support from the technical department when needed. Performing quality checks and accurately recording production data. Supervising colleagues and training new employees. Actively contributing to the production process and the final product. Reporting to the Production Supervisor. You have an MBO level 3 diploma or a comparable level of work and thinking. You have strong technical insight and can set up and convert machines. You are a natural leader who takes initiative and motivates colleagues. Accuracy and a strong focus on quality are essential in your work. You have good communication skills in Dutch or English. A salary between €2,587 and €3,371 gross per month, depending on experience and including shift allowance. 29 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance.
