With our advanced recording equipment, we capture data from the real world by car, boat, and even by plane and use it to create valuable insights and data for governments and companies in more than 20 countries. The imagery and data are then displayed in our own Street Smart application which can be connected to several GIS software applications.

In this role you are responsible for the daily management and smooth operations of our computer network. Including installing and managing desktop and laptop computers, servers, smartphones, networks, and IT security systems.

Supporting, configuring, and maintaining the office network and in-house and cloud servers

Installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks

Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues

Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure

First point of contact for employees regarding IT questions

Supporting and administering third-party applications

Setting up user accounts and users, permissions, and passwords

Managing and maintaining the data systems

Maintaining and supporting office applications and SharePoint

Responsible for backing up systems

Deploying and maintaining global IT policies via Microsoft Intune

YOU ARE:

MBO education required - Bachelor starter

Minimal 3 years experience in an IT environment

Problem-solving skills

Service-oriented

Hands‑on experience in networking routing and switching

Dutch and English language skills

Advanced Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) skills

Advanced knowledge of Windows OS and servers

Preferably to have knowledge of Linux OS, MAC OS and Microsoft Intune
