DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with at least 10 years of experience in building secure, scalable, and fully automated infrastructure environments. You will play a key role in designing and operating our PAAS and data infrastructure, supporting a fast-moving, AI-driven engineering organization. Your role As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will architect, implement, and maintain modern cloud-native infrastructure. You will build scalable and secure environments, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and drive automation across all layers of the platform. You will collaborate closely with backend, data, and product teams to deliver high-throughput and data-intensive systems, while shaping our big data and observability landscape. You will also be a key driver of a strong DevOps culture, emphasizing automation, ownership, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Architect, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure. Manage cloud-native and PAAS deployments using Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis and similar technologies. Define and implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane). Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines supporting TDD and AI-assisted development workflows. Monitor, automate, and scale systems for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. Lead infrastructure security, compliance, and vulnerability management. Work closely with backend, data, and product teams on high-throughput and data-driven systems. Design and operate Big Data infrastructure (batch/streaming, analytics, ML workflows). Establish observability best practices (metrics, tracing, logging). Lead incident response and post-mortems with a continuous improvement mindset. Drive DevOps culture across the organization. Your profile 10+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering. Proven experience building cloud-native infrastructure from scratch (AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean). Strong background in security engineering, zero-trust principles, and compliance. Expertise with Kubernetes, containerization, and distributed systems. Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK, etc.). Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.). Hands-on experience with PAAS platforms and multi-environment deployments. Strong understanding of performance optimization for data-heavy workloads. Familiarity with Big Data ecosystems (Kafka, Spark, Flink, NATS, ClickHouse, etc.). Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
