As an Application Administrator, you serve as a link between the business (requirements) and the solution. You identify, analyze, and specify business requirements and provide well-documented solutions. You work closely with project teams or software vendors. Additionally, you support users in applying business applications and transfer your knowledge through education, instructions, and demonstrations. You are responsible for resolving issues and incidents related to primary business applications (IT landscape). This involves modifying applications based on changing functional or technical user requirements or addressing identified errors.
