Overview

Collaborating Foreman (40 hours) – Cleanroom Assistant Foreman. You will work in a dynamic environment that is active within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, high-end food, semiconductor and solar industries and aerospace. The role focuses on delivering professional work and motivating fellow technicians with your knowledge and experience. Requirements

The optimal conduct of work within a working environment through planning, coordination, management and control, taking into account the instructions or drawings regarding the execution of the work, customer-specific requirements, safety requirements and project procedures. Responsibilities

Managing and controlling work Monitoring quality and progress of production Solving problems Dividing work among the team (preparing daily planning + priorities) Reporting deviations or problems in the business process – assessment, analysis and resolution of deviation Taking care of QHSE obligations Strictly follows the safety procedures applicable to the company Strictly follows the work Instructions provided Checking work (product specifications) Assembly work such as bracketing, bending pipes, shortening, welding, assembly and leak/pressure testing according to drawing and specifications Measuring and checking own work and ensuring that it is scanned Visual inspection of the product Help where necessary with all kinds of work that needs to be carried out under the supervision of the mechanic/all-round mechanic/cooperating (foreman)
