As a Workday Module Lead: You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in HCM Functional Domains, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objective and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.

Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering the touchpoints with other Workday functionalities.

Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress

Ability to lead diverse and disparate teams and lead them through the implementation. Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations

Actively supporting innovation

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

Proven experience implementing Workday HCM and/or other major modules, or relevant cloud/on-prem HR platforms

Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to manage teams, projects, and stakeholder interactions effectively

Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, delivering high-quality outcomes under competing priorities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to translate complex requirements into clear solutions

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with professional fluency in English

Set yourself apart:

Multiple Workday certifications, ideally spanning HCM and other modules (e.g., Advanced Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Talent & Performance)

End-to-end implementation experience, with the ability to lead specific module workstreams

Familiarity with Workday Data Migration tools and Security framework

2–5 years of professional Workday consulting experience

Additional language fluency in Dutch
