OT Quality Manager

We are Hiring experienced

OT Quality Controllers (Senior & Junior)

to support cybersecurity quality assurance activities within Operational Technology (OT) environments.

The ideal candidates will have a strong background in cybersecurity and hands‑on experience in quality control assignments aligned with EU standards and industry best practices. This role requires a structured, compliance‑driven mindset and the ability to operate in complex technical environments.

Senior OT Quality Controller Experience & Seniority

Minimum

7 years

of experience in cybersecurity

At least

5 years

of hands‑on experience in quality control

Proven experience in quality control assignments aligned with

EU standards and best practices

Key Responsibilities

Perform quality assurance and compliance reviews within OT cybersecurity environments

Ensure adherence to EU regulatory standards and cybersecurity frameworks

Conduct audits, risk assessments, and control validations

Develop and implement quality control procedures and documentation

Collaborate with cybersecurity, compliance, and operational teams

Provide recommendations for remediation and continuous improvement

Support reporting and stakeholder communication

Qualifications

University degree in Cybersecurity or a related technical field

English proficiency –

Minimum C1 level

Junior OT Quality Controller Experience & Seniority

Minimum

3 years

of experience in cybersecurity

At least

2 years

of hands‑on experience in quality control

Exposure to quality control assignments aligned with

EU standards and best practices

Key Responsibilities

Assist in performing quality assessments within OT cybersecurity environments

Support compliance checks against EU regulations and standards

Document findings, gaps, and improvement recommendations

Contribute to audit preparation and reporting activities

Work closely with senior team members on quality assurance initiatives

Qualifications

University degree in Cybersecurity or a related technical field

English proficiency –

Minimum C1 level

Strong understanding of cybersecurity governance and compliance

Familiarity with EU cybersecurity standards and regulatory frameworks

Analytical and detail‑oriented approachStrong documentation and reporting skills

Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams
