About the Role As a

Senior Architect

, you play a pivotal role in translating strategic vision into clear architectural direction and actionable transition roadmaps. You are responsible for shaping and guiding the architecture that enables the integration of domain IT solutions within a broader enterprise IT landscape. Your architecture serves as a reference framework for organizational change, ensuring strong alignment between domain strategy and overall IT strategy. You combine technical expertise with strategic thinking, connecting business, data, organization, and technology into one coherent vision. Through creativity, innovation, and collaboration, you help drive meaningful transformation. You will work within an environment consisting of multiple agile scrum teams responsible for business-critical applications. The architecture function provides vision, governance, and guidance to these teams, in close collaboration with business stakeholders and IT leadership. You will collaborate closely with value/cluster leads, fellow architects across the organization, product owners, business Analysts and development teams.

Your Responsibilities As Senior Architect, you are responsible for architecture development, delivery, and governance across the domain. You support the integration strategy by: Designing transition architectures that clearly map relationships between business processes, data, organizational structures, and technology Driving creative and innovative solutions that enable organizational change Clearly presenting architectural viewpoints and complex technical concepts to various stakeholders Guiding and supporting scrum teams to ensure alignment with the target architecture Coordinating and resolving cross-team dependencies within established change governance processes Balancing stakeholder requirements while safeguarding architectural integrity

Your Profile You are a confident and pragmatic architect who can develop and communicate a compelling vision within a complex stakeholder environment. You are able to zoom out to see the bigger picture while remaining hands-on and impact-driven. You bring: A master's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of architecture experience within a global enterprise environment Proven ability to operate at both strategic/conceptual and practical levels Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams Experience working in dynamic and complex organizational landscapes A continuous learning mindset and persistence in delivering results within deadlines A hands-on approach with a strong drive to get things done
